The Bluff Room features a bright, open space, ideal for receptions or business meetings. This space holds 40-50 guests.
Rental Rates
General Rates
Choose between rooms or book them both at a discount. General rates include 30 minutes on either side of your reserved rental time for you to get situated.
$200 for four hours for either the Oak Room or Bluff Room.
$400 for a three-hour minimum for both the Oak and Bluff Rooms.
Additional time may be added for
$50 per hour.
Wedding Rates
We know that weddings are extra special events. Our wedding rates include extra time for set up and tear down as well as the use of our special Bride's Room and Catering Kitchen.
Please contact us for wedding rates that are suited to your event needs.
If the space is available, access for the entire weekend can be arranged.
AMENITIES
TABLES, LINENS, & CHAIRS
We provide round and rectangular tables with chairs, and white table linens are included. Sienna does all of the table and chair set-up and tear-down. Your event can be set up theater style (with only chairs) or with tables and chairs.
There is a catering prep kitchen and refrigerator available for you to use for your event. There is not a full kitchen and cooking is not permitted on site, but there is a refrigerator, sink, and space to meet your catering needs.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
Sienna offers twenty on-site parking spaces and ample on-street parking. The building is handicapped accessible with newly remodeled, accessible restroom.
